Lose Weight Build Muscle
Defining and Sculpturing Your Body
Losing weight, all those unwanted pounds, is a dream come true.
Building muscle will make you leaner, and will give you all that strength you need, not to mention those attractive members of the opposite
sex.
So which one should you do first? Lose weight build muscle? Which one holds more water?
Which One Goes First? Losing Weight or Building Muscle?
Actually, there is no reason for you to choose which one you think should be done first or which one you think will be more effective for you.
There is no reason for you to put losing weight first, and then when those fats have finally left the building, you start exercising for the
muscle-building.
However, there are lots and lots of reasons to focus on building your muscles at the same time as losing weight. How?
Burning Calories
Losing weight occurs when you let your body suffer a sufficient time of calorie deficit.
Calorie deficit is done by eating fewer calories, burning a load of calories, or could be a combination of both activities. Weight training can
definitely help you burn all those unwanted calories. However, even if jogging on a treadmill for a specific time is deemed to be more
successful, weight training still burns a fine and ultimately significant amount of calories.
Muscle Burns Calories
Now you know that weight training burns calories. But do you know that the heavenly result
of weight training, itself, can also burn calories? Just like magic!
The calorie maintenance level is the amount of calories that your amazing body naturally burns each and everyday, with regards to its normal
functioning. The more muscle you have, then the more calories your body can actually burn. And that happens without you even giving it a push.
All you need to do is build muscle, and your muscles do the rest.
So basically, what you need to is start building muscle sooner. Just sitting around waiting until you lose some weight first before you
actually put some effort into building muscle is a lot of wasted time.
Turning Fat Into Muscle: Impossible
You have probably heard of the infamous idea regarding turning fat into muscle. Of course, anyone in his or her right mind will definitely not
believe in this immediately, hands down. Fat and muscle are two different things that are lost and also gained separately.
So now, you have your muscle, and of course, you also have your fat. These are the normal forms that they come in and nothing else. Even the
best magician can only gain and lose muscle, and just gain or lose fat. And that is basically it.
Confused?
If you want to both lose fat and gain muscle, perhaps you have reached your end of thinking straight and have begun being confused. But when
you really get down to it, it is not confusing at all.
For you to be able to lose your wanted amount of fat, you have to eat fewer calories compared to what your body needs regularly. Now if you
desire to build lots of muscle, by doing exercise activities such as weight training and deep
muscle exercises. You also need to eat the right foods to help build and feed on muscle such as good carbohydrates including green
vegetables, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, fruit, especially bananas and plenty of fish and lean protein such as chicken.
