Getting Rid Of Cellulite
Learn How To Remove Cellulite The Natural Way
Getting rid of cellulite is not an easy task as many of us women know. But about 99.9% of women have cellulite, even the top
models and some skinny celebrities have cellulite, so we know that we are not alone.
So the big question is how to remove cellulite on our bodies once and for all. I know you want to hear that a certain miracle cream will do
the job for you, but I personally don’t think that this is our solution.
A good healthy diet and exercise regime is at the heart of getting rid of cellulite for good.
What Exactly Is Cellulite?
Cellulite is a form of fat that deposits itself against the tissue of your skin leaving that dimpled ‘orange peel’ look. Cellulite is excess
fat that tends to congregate around your bottom, thighs and stomach areas because these are the areas that collects more fat than anywhere else
on your body.
Women tend to have more visible cellulite than men because in general women have a higher amount of body fat than men.
Your Diet
The best and most natural way to remove cellulite is by a good healthy diet and exercise.
I know that there are a lot of cellulite removal creams on the market but I personally cannot see how they can work when you are not attacking
the cause of the problem which is eliminating the cellulite fatty cells from inside your body.
By following a good healthy diet of fresh vegetables, fruit, fish and protein will go along way to getting you your trim body and starting to
get rid of cellulite. Cut out all fatty foods altogether, sausages, beef burgers, pizza, chips etc and even go as far as counting your calories each day.
If you count your calories each day then you won’t be overeating, even if you are eating healthily. You will get a much faster weight loss and
also getting rid of cellulite faster too.
Exercise
Exercise is actually a very important part of getting rid of cellulite. By combining both cardiovascular and light weights will certainly help
with combating those unwanted fatty cells on your thighs, bottom and tummy.
Cardiovascular exercises in the gym such as the bike, treadmill and ?? are great for
burning up calories and fat.
If you don’t go to a gym, then running, walking and swimming are just as good. And don’t forget that although cardiovascular is mainly used to
burn fat and calories, they still tone your body too.
For the light weights/toning, you will obviously need to concentrate on the areas where your cellulite resides. There are many floor exercises
for your stomach, thighs and bottom which you can do at home. At the gym there is a variety of weight machines where they are specifically
targeting each part of your body.
One last tip which helps cover up noticeable cellulite is a sun tan! Cellulite is less noticeable if you are a golden brown colour as opposed
to lilly white. I personally wouldn’t recommend sun beds to get your tan, but to use a one out of a bottle. Sun beds dry your skin up and we are
trying to make our body’s more healthy and beautiful and not to make it look like a shrivelled-up prune.
